Suggestions To Beam Telecom:

 Service is going bad as days go by Check Consumer Complaints of Beam telecom..
The sales person is collecting money and regestering connections and customers gets no connection in return Even After 30-40 Days .. 
Technicians are lazy and there are less Staff who cant handle MORE connections and they are playing with customer's Patience!

1. Staff Needs Uniforms, so better Supply it.
2. Provide a Troubleshoot Guide For Every Net connection Like FAQ's in Portal site, When the Fibre cuts or the Server's Down Customer Cant check the FAQ's!!
3. Lay the Fiber optics underground and provide the internet, It may be costly but you can provide reliable internet connection to a customer.
4. Please Recruit ACTIVE Qualified Technicians as per Required in Each branch not LAZY ASAP.
5.Fulfill your promises which u make to a customer, please dont make faulty promises.
6.LAZY Technician gets paid less and He works lazily.
7.Guide Installation Guys not Force for RS 100 For Chai-Paani and Avoid reckless behaviour towards customers.
8.Poor Customer Care Needs to Be Expanded, I should be on Hold for Atleast 10mins sometime.
9.When the Server is Down, Cust Care Goes offline .. Why is it SO? are you providing the internet for free to us??
10.Solve the problem within 6-12hours not Godamn 24 hours!
